KMU400V is an overhead crane type 5-axis machining center, which is mainly suitable for roughing, semi-finishing and precision machining of small and medium-sized precision and complex parts, the materials of which are generally carbon steel, alloy steel, die steel, cast steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals.
Introduction:
1.KMU vertical five-axis linkage machining center is equipped with SIEMENS SINUMERIK ONE system. This machine has the features of high positioning accuracy, fast response speed and five-axis linkage machining, etc. Meanwhile, the machine is equipped with automatic tool changer and automatic measuring device for parts and tools. It can realize high efficiency and automatic machining.
2. The machine tool is composed of base, column, beam, spindle box, ram, pneumatic system, automatic lubrication system, hydraulic system, cooling and chip removal system, electric, numerical control system, inspection system and fully enclosed protection system. The machine tool moves left and right through the ram box (X-axis), crossbeam (Y-axis) moves forward and backward, ram (Z-axis) moves up and down, the cradle rotary table A-axis swinging, C-axis rotating, the movement in all directions can be automatically controlled by the control unit, and can realize five-axis linkage machining.
3. The main castings of this machine are made of resin sand molding high-strength cast iron. The castings are tempered twice and aged artificially and naturally to ensure the stability of the material. Adopting reasonable box and cloth rib structure, it has good bending resistance, good rigidity and excellent stability. The main movement of the machine adopts imported electric spindle, and can realize the automatic loosening and pulling of the spindle. x, y, z-axis adopts servo motor drive, servo motor directly drives the ball screw rotation through the coupling, C-axis rotation adopts torque motor drive, A-axis swing adopts double-torque motor drive, so that the transmission system has a very high precision and transmission rigidity.
4. The bed casting design is analyzed by finite element analysis, the layout of rib plate is reasonable, and the dynamic and static rigidity is excellent.
