In 2005, Boluo Giant Machinery Parts Casting Co., Ltd. was established to carry out casting business.

In 2007, Dongguan Yuanke Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. was established to produce and sell punching machines.

In 2010, Hunan Giant Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was established and invested in the construction of an 80000 square meter industrial park to expand its casting business.

In 2013, Established Dongguan Juqing Machine Tool Co., Ltd. 

In 2015, Dongguan Jugao Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was established and the brand "Jugao Precision Machine" was established.

In 2015, Hunan Jiahe Giant Machine Tool Co., Ltd. was upgraded to Hunan Jiahe Giant Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd.

In 2016, Guangdong Jugao Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., Boluo Giant, was established and successfully developed the automotive mold casting process.

In 2017, the group was renamed Hunan Giant Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd. Dongguan Jugao was awarded the title of Dongguan Double Increase Plan Enterprise and Guangdong Jugao Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was established.

In 2018, Dongguan Jugao Machine Tool Co., Ltd. became a national high-tech enterprise and one of the top 500 manufacturing enterprises.

In 2019, a large number of professional talents were introduced, and the Giant Business School was established. The research and development team expanded to over 100 people. We have 52 sales and service outlets in 44 cities across the country.

In 2020, the group signed an investment agreement with Taishan City for the Jugao Intelligent Industrial Park project, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. Settled in the Industrial New City Park, with a planned land area of 200 acres, the construction began on November 13 of the same year.

In 2021, increase investment in research and development to lay the foundation for intelligent manufacturing.

In 2022, the Jugao Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park: the first phase of the project is put into operation, and the second phase of the project is under construction, investing heavily to create a new Jugao image.

In 2023, the Songshan Lake headquarters base will have an investment of approximately 700 million yuan and a planned land area of approximately 53 acres. The groundbreaking ceremony will be held on October 28, 2023, to build the group's high-end machine tool production headquarters base.
