KMU800VP is an overhead lathe type 5-axis machining center, which is mainly suitable for roughing, semi-finishing and precision machining of small and medium-sized precision and complex parts, the materials of which are generally carbon steel, alloy steel, die steel, cast steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals.
Equipment Introduction:
2.1 The machine tool can complete the face and hole machining of various shapes of multiple surfaces other than the mounting surface in one clamping process of the workpiece, and it has various functions such as milling, boring, drilling, expanding, reaming, rigid tapping and so on.
2.2 Strength and rigidity: The machine tool has high strength and static and dynamic rigidity, and it can meet the precision cutting and maintain the stability of the machine tool's working precision in the machining of any of the parts and materials mentioned in Article 2.1.
2.3 Accuracy: The machine ensures accuracy in low and high speed movement and uniform feed cutting in machining, and there is no sticking, crawling, vibration and other phenomena.
2.4. Ease of operation: the machine should be easy to operate, man-machine dialogue is very convenient.
2.5 Durability and reliability: The machine tool should have the stability of continuous work and accuracy retention.
2.6 Safety: The machine tool complies with the relevant national safety requirements for machine tools and operation, and the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems are equipped with reliable protection and safety devices.
2.6.1. Anti-electromagnetic interference measures
2.6.1.1. Grounding: each common connection is self-contained and connected to its respective reference point, and will be connected to ground with a large cross-section insulated wire; the racks of each part of the machine tool are connected to the common point, and the rack connecting wires should be short.
2.6.1.2. Wiring: signal lines are electrostatically shielded, and electromagnetic shielding is provided by stranded wires and directional alignment to ensure that low-level signal wiring is not affected by interference from power cables, and that sensitive devices are separated and shielded from some switching equipment. Low-level signal wiring and control cables and power cables are separated as far as possible to reduce electromagnetic interference.
2.6.1.3. Electric control cabinet: a fully enclosed air-conditioned electric cabinet with dustproof sealing of protection class IP54.
2.6.2. Safety protection measures
2.6.2.1. X/Y/Z/A/C axes: all of them are equipped with a number of safety control devices, such as electrical limit, overload protection for voltage and current, and overheat and overload emergency stop function for motors.
2.6.2.2 Protection of working area: fully enclosed protection.
2.6.2.3 Emergency stop control buttons: Emergency stop buttons or enabling switches are provided at the main operating station and handheld units to cut off the power supply in time in case of emergency.
2.6.2.4. Signal status light: flashing alarm in case of machine failure or machining completion, the signal light is installed at a conspicuous position.
2.6.2.5. Preventing accidental electric shock: All the electrically charged parts that can be touched are equipped with insulated shields or partitions and clearly marked to prevent accidental touching of electrically charged bodies.
2.7. Environmental protection: the various hydraulic oils and coolants used in this machine tool are reliably recovered and recycled without leaking and polluting the environment. The noise of the equipment is ≤75db measured 1m away from the machine tool when it is running with load.
Flexibility: This machine tool can be individually operated for processing both manually and numerically controlled.
