TC640 is a high-speed drilling and tapping center machine tool, which adopts mechatronics design, beautiful appearance, and can perform precision cutting. After the workpiece is clamped once, the machine tool can automatically and continuously complete milling, drilling, boring, expanding, reaming, countersinking, tapping and other processes.
This machine is suitable for multi-variety processing of complex parts such as medium and small boxes, plates, discs, shells, etc., and is widely used in 3C products, IT equipment, optical equipment, medical equipment and aluminum alloy products.
Whole machine: The machine tool adopts a column fixed and a cross slide moving structure. The X, Y, and Z axes adopt linear rolling guides, and the whole machine has high rigidity, high stability and high reliability. The large-flow fully enclosed protection has a beautiful appearance and is easy to operate and maintain.
Spindle box: It adopts a high-speed spindle unit, the spindle adopts BBT30 specifications, and has a central blowing function.
Tool magazine: The tool magazine adopts a clamp arm tool magazine with reliable quality and stable performance. The tool magazine adopts a clamp arm tool change, the tool magazine capacity is 21, and the tool change time is fast.
Drive: The three-axis motor and high-precision ball screw adopt direct drive to improve transmission rigidity and positioning accuracy. The three linear coordinate axes all adopt linear rolling guides, and the machine tool has small vibration when feeding at high speed and no creeping when feeding at low speed.

Working conditions of CNC machine tools | Equipment use environment requirements Maintaining a constant level of ambient temperature is an essential factor for precision machining. 1. The available ambient temperature requires 10℃~40℃. When the ambient temperature is 20℃, the humidity should be 40~75%. In order to keep the static accuracy of the machine tool within the specified range, the optimal ambient temperature requires 15℃~25℃, and the temperature difference shall not exceed ±2℃/24h. 2. Power supply voltage: 3-phase, 380V, voltage fluctuation within ±10%, power supply frequency: 50HZ. 3. If the voltage in the use area is unstable, the machine tool should be equipped with a stabilized power supply to ensure the normal operation of the machine tool. 4. The machine tool should have reliable grounding: the grounding wire is a copper wire, the wire diameter should not be less than 10mm², and the grounding resistance is less than 4 ohms. 5. In order to ensure the normal working performance of the equipment, if the compressed air of the air source does not meet the air source requirements, a set of air source purification device (dehumidification, degreasing, filtration) should be added before the machine tool intake. 6.
