GM4022 is a fixed beam and fixed column gantry machining center machine tool. It is developed based on the most popular, advanced and flexible machine tool design concept in the world. It is suitable for machining various large workpieces in industries such as aerospace, shipbuilding, power generation, military industry, heavy machinery, locomotives, machine tools, textile machinery, printing machinery, and automobile cover molds.
The high-strength, high-rigidity design and large-flow chip removal channel structure of this machine tool have the characteristics of high precision, high efficiency, flexibility, and environmental protection. Its performance indicators and precision indicators meet relevant national standards.
The whole machine adopts a moving table gantry structure. The bed is fixed, and the workbench moves in the X direction on the bed; the ram moves in the Z direction on the slide; the slide together with the ram moves in the Y direction on the gantry beam; the X and Y axes use heavy-load linear rails, and the Z axis is a plastic-coated hard rail. The spindle assembly is placed at the lower end of the ram; the whole machine has a reasonable layout, beautiful appearance, and easy operation.
Spindle: It adopts a high-speed spindle unit, and the spindle adopts BT50 specifications.
Tool magazine: The tool magazine adopts a disc-type tool magazine with reliable quality and stable performance. (Optional)
Drive: The three-axis motor and high-precision ball screw adopt direct drive. The ball screw is pre-stretched and installed to improve the transmission rigidity and positioning accuracy.

Working conditions of CNC machine tools | Equipment use environment requirements Maintaining a constant level of ambient temperature is an essential factor for precision machining. 1. The available ambient temperature requires 10℃~40℃. When the ambient temperature is 20℃, the humidity should be 40~75%. In order to keep the static accuracy of the machine tool within the specified range, the optimal ambient temperature requires 15℃~25℃, and the temperature difference shall not exceed ±2℃/24h. 2. Power supply voltage: 3-phase, 380V, voltage fluctuation within ±10%, power supply frequency: 50HZ. 3. If the voltage in the use area is unstable, the machine tool should be equipped with a stabilized power supply to ensure the normal operation of the machine tool. 4. The machine tool should have reliable grounding: the grounding wire is a copper wire, the wire diameter should not be less than 10mm², and the grounding resistance is less than 4 ohms. 5. In order to ensure the normal working performance of the equipment, if the compressed air of the air source does not meet the air source requirements, a set of air source purification device (dehumidification, degreasing, filtration) should be added before the machine tool intake. 6.
